OUR STORY
A&A Catering DMV was born out of a deep passion for food and the joy of bringing people together. The name reflects the love and partnership of Alejandro and Alejandra, a couple dedicated to celebrating life’s special moments.
With Alejandra’s background in communications, she understands the power of connection and exceptional customer service. Alejandro, a talented chef with experience in the vibrant Washington, DC area, brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the table. Together, they founded A&A Catering DMV in 2021, driven by the belief that every event—whether it’s a wedding, corporate, birthdays or any private events—deserves to be celebrated with joy and delicious food.

ALEJANDRO CENTENO
Chef Centeno brings over a decade of culinary experience, distinguished by a passion for crafting diverse flavors inspired by global cuisines. He began his journey in the DMV area, honing his skills at the renowned 3.5 Michelin-star restaurant, The Oval Room, in Washington, DC, where he developed a strong foundation in American cuisine.
To further expand his culinary expertise, Chef Centeno joined the esteemed team at The Hay Adams Hotel, a top-rated establishment recognized by Zagat and Forbes for its excellence. This opportunity allowed him to refine his techniques and deepen his understanding of fine dining and exceptional service.
After a fulfilling tenure at The Hay Adams, Chef Centeno launched A&A Catering DMV, driven by a commitment to provide outstanding quality and service that every client deserves. He believes that the dining experience is about more than just food; it’s about creating memorable moments around the table. With a dedication to culinary exploration and an eye for detail, Chef Centeno continues to inspire with every dish he serves, inviting guests to enjoy a tapestry of flavors and shared experiences.
